AI-generated outputs are intended to support clinical workflows and are not a substitute for professional medical judgment, diagnosis, treatment, or decision making.

Unless explicitly agreed in writing, Dane Health does not use customer Protected Health Information to train public or third-party foundation AI models.

Human review by qualified personnel remains recommended before clinical reliance on AI-generated outputs.
